Pelargonium peltatum

Pelargonium peltatum is a trailing plant with pink-purple flowers and ivy shaped fleshy light green leaves that has a dark green zone in the centre, the leaves have been used as antiseptic and blue dye.
It originates from Cape Province where there is rainful in the winter months and is flowering here in Crete just before christmas.
This plant would make an excellent plant for pots and hanging baskets.
